Extrusion
We started with packing of two stick adhesive “M-seal” for Mahindra Engg & Chemical Products Ltd.
This involved – Extrusion of resin & Hardner weighing sealing and packing.
We were producing 30 Tons per month.
We were instrumental in developing and packing successfully WHITE M-Seal
In Co extruded form for M/s MECP.
Tube Filling
We have filled various types of materials in tubes for Co’s like L&T,
Alfa Tech Force, MECP and presently doing for Beck India
Aerosoling
The new division of Aerosol Packaging maintains the same high standards and practices. They are able to produce very low test volumes of even 5 units and a maximum of 3 lakh units a month depending on client requirement. The aerosol packaging is ozone friendly, the cans are of international specifications and with state of the art testing techniques the quality of the units is guaranteed.
This ozone friendly technology allows for uniform pressure to be maintained in the can so that even the last drop is consumed making wastage nearly zero and giving the end user high performance.
Any liquid / mixture (with a tolerable viscosity / density and chemical inertness to the packaging material) can be dispensed using aerosol
